Rob, Maryse and I drive to Tiburon with bikes. We manage to park and get on the ferry to Angel Island. We ride around the island, with a side trip to some military buildings next to a parade ground.

Rob and I then attempt to climb the hill on foot, but the trail just does a lot of traversing and we turn around maybe 3/4 of the way up.

A gaggle of kindergarteners is there, from a Sacramento school for which this is a tradition. Kinda cool. While waiting for the ferry, we discuss our own field trips.

Afterward we ride around Tiburon, which is chi-chi but charming.
